I had started my Practice with the Well Known law Firm Bangalore. Jayakumar S Patil Associates in the year 2004. I started my Journey joining the firm as Junior Attorney associate. I had a very vast and Knowledgeable person acquaintances working with the firm. We were given the cases to handle on our own self. we used to attend the court cases and do arguments in the courts. I started my Independent practice in the year 2012 and started handling the clients individually, having acquired varied clients from several sectors. we are committed to providing excellent legal services to our clients cost-effectively and in various legal sectors. I am having experience in scrutiny & verification of property documents, title scrutiny. I have experience in drafting and vetting of sale agreements, sale deeds, partition deeds, gift deeds, release deed, relinquishment deed, MOU, JDA. I have experience in drafting of franchise agreements, contracts, security agreements, service agreements, leave and license agreements, software agreements. I have experience in handling registration of societies/association, trust. Registration of societies/association will be done providing assistance to bye laws of the society.
